Design, warm welcome, efficient and courteous staff - good quality for reasonable price

Very nice friendly staff. The rooms are big and clean. The decoration is pleasant we had live orchid flower in our room. Parking and internet free. Very good breakfast. Close to Klagenfurt. We got a double room with breakfast for 55 Euro.

The hotel was surprisingly modern and fresh, considering the area around it. The rooms were spacious and designed with a sleek and contemporary feel to them. The breakfast offered a wide selection and there were 2 Macs in the public area for guests to use for free.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. There were issues with hair in the shower and dust in the room.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was remarkable, and the breakfast provided was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was very convenient, with easy parking and accessible transportation. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the hills in the distance.

The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was really delicious - high quality food and a great variety of things to choose from. We really liked it all round. I would love to go back. There's a lovely restaurant called Milano which we ate in, around 5 mins walk from the hotel.

We were staying there to visit Klagenfurt and the hotel was quite a distance from there - it took about half an hour in a car which was longer than expected. It also cost us €50 in a taxi when we had been told by the hotel it would be €20 so be warned with the taxis!! That was possibly because it was Ironman weekend though.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful mountainous location. The room was spacious and clean, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and dining table, added to the convenience and comfort. I also appreciated the presence of a patio where I could relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. the hotel provided a high level of comfort and quality services.

Although my stay at this hotel was exceptional, I would recommend it to families as well.

Inconsistent air conditioning system during a heatwave. Front desk staff wasn't accommodating with guest room changes, and housekeeping was lacking in some areas.
